The location was superb, putting me right in the heart of everything. The room was very clean, a detail I always appreciate! I found gym towels very convenient. The shower was REALLY nice!!!
It did not give enough time to choose my floor before locking again, requiring a learning curve.

The hotel is spot on, right in the heart of the city's Merchant area, providing easy access to many attractions. Transportation options are readily available near the building, ensuring convenient travel. Walking to restaurants and shopping was simple, a detail I find particularly useful.

The room had a nice shower. This was a very welcome addition. I found the room spacious, modern, and also comfortable. The larger beds were really good. I had a great sleep.

The hotel bar prices are comparable with bars nearby. That is convenient. Breakfast had an amazing selection of options. The in-house restaurant's meal was excellent and very reasonably priced.

The lobby has table tennis and also a pool table for guest entertainment. I took advantage of the gym and thought it was convenient. The gym even had a water station, which I found useful after a workout.

Every staff member I encountered was kind and positive. The team was friendly and willing to help with any requests. I appreciated the attentive and cute service throughout my entire stay.

I found the location convenient. The fitness room was accessible 24 hours a day. I also used the laundry room, complimentary. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful .
The noise insulation was not the best. I could occasionally hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the room's lighting. It was dim. The dark furniture added to the gloom. The lack of brightness made simple tasks like putting on makeup rather challenging, a situation I found particularly inconvenient. The room could use more lamps.
